Fairly clean venue with good location near to public transport. Great-sized and huge room, a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the room. Had gates. The staff - courteous and really kind.

the hotel's location right by Taksim square was convenient for accessing public transport. My room was spacious and equipped with necessary safety measures like smoke detectors. 3. the staff, including the owner, were welcoming and friendly. 4. the food at the hotel was fantastic. 5. the location was great, within a reasonable distance from a charming cobblestone street.

Great location near the Germany Embassy and the Bar street by the sea. Free breakfast with a balcony view of the Bosphorus. Staff speaks English and Russian.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Cihangir Palace. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean upon arrival. The location, while not in the center, was convenient with a short 10-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to both airports in Istanbul. The staff members were friendly, despite the language barrier, and always had a smile on their faces. the breakfast provided was satisfying and the rooftop terrace offered a nice view.

the room was spacious and clean, with a great view from the balcony. the bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and fresh towels were given every day. Breakfast was varied and tasty with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel had a well-equipped gym and spa facilities.
The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was audible.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room had a stunning view of the city. The owner went out of their way to assist us. We had an unforgettable experience at this fantastic venue and would definitely return in the future.
